Whereas hydrostatic pressure forces fluid out of the capillary, osmotic pressure draws fluid back in. Osmotic pressure is determined by osmotic concentration gradients, that is, the difference in the solute-to-water concentrations in the blood and tissue fluid👍

In the U tube I see that the , h(x)pg - Osmotic Pressure = h(y)pg My thinking is that the Na and Cl ions suck the water molecules towards them thus creating a - pressure aka the Osmotic Pressure? Am I Right ?

I hate being that guy At, 9:57, Please note that hydrostatic pressure is usually higher than oncotic pressure, not the opposite. The extra 10% fluid that isn't absorbed by oncotic pressure is absorbed by lymphatics
