S/M would probably be the best and the bag has quite a good amount of adjustment Two size unisex fit: S/M fits 15-19" torso, M/L fits 18-22" torso ☺️

Thank you, it's not waterproof and I use a dry bag with it but it takes a bit of rain to start soaking in so I would say shower proof 😊

Thank you 😀 No rain cover included unfortunatly so i ended up buying the rain cover separate. I think the Hikelite series include them but not the sportlite

Is there an internal sleeve or just the external hydration bladder sleeve? I need somewhere to store a laptop

Hi Max, it is just the external hydration sleeve I am afraid. I tried to see if you could fit one in the hydration sleeve but the top straps just get in the way. Osprey does some laptop specific bags though. Hope this helps ☺️

Hi Irina, the height is 68cm and due to the back being quite rigid for support I think it would be hard to compress. I've just picked up a sportlite 25l which is basically the same without the top lid and comes in at 53cm. Osprey does make a carry on bag designed for this purpose called Farpoint/Fairveiw 40L in a men's and woman's version. I hope this helps 😁

@@A1rdy Hey, thanks a lot! I think I will get fjallraven abisko (hike or friluft). The back is much shorter and it lets you carry around 35 liters. Have you ever owned any of these?

@@isahtl I've not had any of the hiking bags from Fjallraven but looks like an awesome choice and a good amount of storage 😁
