Hi Ceesay, what would be the criteria? Only 5’6? Because I can’t advise on that I’m not a health professional. What I would advise tho is to check the website and check if they got any measurements like suited for you know? 🙏

Great video! Im about to order the same syncro 20 but not sure about the fit.. is it ok for a tall guy (190cm)? You look tall aswell, how does it fit You? 🙂

Hi there thank you. Well I'm almost about to say it's going to be too small for you. I'm 180cm so for me it is perfect. I really love it and that is why I want to share it with more people. However I do have to say that for my photography needs it is slightly too small. Depending on what you plan to carry inside it might differ for you. But this is the best backpack I have ever worn in terms of comfortability and hiking. The suspended back system is just hands down the best. If you are looking for something bigger perhaps the Manta 24 might be something for you, it is definitely on my wish list. Or the escapist 32 but that one has no suspended back, something that I wouldn't recommend for hiking.
