I have this camera but I haven't been able to get it to work for months. cannot connect, there is always a flashing red light, I have also changed four SIM cards, always a red light. can you help me solve the problem???

Its cause of the wifi : if its 5g and 2.4g you have to take of the 5g mode, and activate 2.4g and use it only on the box. Same problem at first and After working very well !

I bought that camera from Amazon last week in May of 2024. I would not recommend this camera to anyone. I do like that it has radar but it's better to get your own sim card maybe from Verizon or t- mobile instead of Eiotclub. Plus it's a Chinese built camera that don't seem to offer good help in communication to set up that camera. I was charged three times when purchased data for my camera when I only had 2 cameras. Now getting my money refunded is a problem even tho I only got around 365 days service that lasted me only 1 day then the service was shut down no more service. Also the camera lenses seems to not be flush on the front that seem to be poorly built plus one of the cameras came with an Eiotclub SIM card already in the camera slot when I took the wrapper off when I went to set up the camera. The other camera was not like that it had an eiotclub card where I had to pop it out to put it in the camera my self. Seems like one was repackaged and used and one was not even tho they both were supposed to be brand new cameras.

this unit needs an sd card to record online and offline. even if there is no internet or offline network this unit will record movements as usual. if there is no network you have to remove the sd card to see the recording. for me using 4g is very bad even though the network is strong. very slow look at the content of the recording compared to using wifi. the strength of this cctv is only in its radar because it is very sensitive to movement and almost nothing escapes. the image quality is not as good as other cctv of the same price.
