I read on ebay that it will flash the blue light a few times when the battery is low? If so it sounds really useless if it will give away that it's a camera by flashing a led light.. I guess it would be possible to tape that light over though.

Every time you charge it or upload video, you have to ruin the labels. When you run out of labels, it is useless. How much to replace labels?

Absolutely not...you just slide the label yp and down....you only put a new one if it does not stick anymore... Then you can still put glue... Then you can put a real label like san pellegrino ...
