First to mine and smith a full set of bronze, iron, steel, mithril, adamant, but you can only mine the ore once from each rock. You must smith each set in a different furnace. Then kill the all the armour sets in the warrior guilde by using the previous teir set of armour. So first bronze wearing nothing, then iron wearing bronze and so on till you kill the rune armour set. If you want a weapon, you have to smithing it using the same rules above and have to use a seperate furace per a weapon. Don't run out of furnaces or places to mine. You can only use a teir weapon with the same teir armour. So if you smithed an adamant scimitar you could only use it while killing the rune warrior, not to kill the bronze armour set. The only food allowed is from the warriors guild and no prayer is allowed. If you can't kill them, use the lowest teir prayers. If you still can't, use middle tier prayers. If you still can't use highest teir prayers. If you still can't use regular stat boosting potions from warriors guild. I call it 'ore to warrior' challenge.

If you wanted to make it longer, then after defeating the rune warrior, use the rune armour to kill monsters till you get a full set of dragon, then kill the dragon set in the warriors guild. Fastest time wins. You could try and get a dragon kiteshield and dragon platebody aswell if you wanted to extend the challenge. Extension would be smith/fletch a bow/cbow/arrows/bolts/staff/runes/d'hides and kill zulrah. Food would be whatever you catch and cook with whatever potions you can create.
