Just so you know, DKs are extremely squishy, you can use very shitty gear and be totally fine. I'd recommend a serp helm because it makes your trip longer and saves a bunch of inventory space, for the rest a whip is plenty, trident of the seas or swamp is fine, bring blood spells to heal if you can. Blowpipe is plenty, crossbow if you can't wield or afford it. If you can drop them in 60 seconds, you are only ever fighting one at a time and after a few runs you can do it without any food and only healing spells and get well over 100 kills a trip. It's not too tough just bring the best kit you have and if you have base 70s you will likely be fine, just be wary of the mage spawning because he hits extremely hard and accurately.

I love your videos, i normally watch them over others because the time stamps help a lot, and the low mid high tier helps a lot, efficient all that. Though the only thing i can say was with this one, it was so hard to catch up. I was so confused on a lot of parts, and had to rewind it. Then i got to the dungeon on waterbirth and i almost had a heart attack lololol. i didnt know where to go or what to protect in the next rooms, because i wasnt there yet. But i paused them, and tried my best to figure it out. Not being negative what so ever. Im just a slow learner. And this is my first boss, thats an actual boss.

Whenever i lve watched a guide, the good ones tend to show all tiers of armour set ups... but only show the kills in max gear like this one... Its nice to see how capable these bosses are in low tier armour or medium. Players who come to watch these videos are usually casual players who dont have 2 bill banks 🤷‍♂️ Call us scrubs or whatever but you would generally know how to kills dagonoths (low level boss) if you max stats and gear

The zerker ring won't help you at all here. You'll overkill supreme anyway and just wait on respawns. Bring a ring of the gods (i) instead for a massive boost to your prayer.

While I found the guide as a whole to be informative & well formatted, a low or mid tier rotation should've been included alongside the high tier one. The slower kill speed of low (and even up to mid-high) tier players renders both the rotations here unviable due to spawn times. But it's good practice in general for any boss - it gives you much more confidence after watching someone with lower or equal tier gear than you kill it first.

Great guide, but I struggle to kill Prime before Supreme spawns, and if they're both up at the same time, Supreme hits me for repeated 20+s and I run out of food/brews insanely fast. Am I doing something wrong?

If you’re getting attacked by supreme while prime is still up, the rotation is a bit slow. It does happen though. Make sure you’re standing in the area indicated in the video. If you’re in the correct area, you’ll be outside of supremes aggressive range.

It depends where you're standing - The DKs will see you if you're within 5 tiles of the edge of their 3x3 square where they are standing, so if you're far enough outside of Supreme's roam range, then you are safe. If you camp the northeast corner, you can wait for Prime to wander up to you, then attack without Supreme being able to aggro you - There's tiles there where only Prime can attack you. If you stand 5 tiles northeast away from where you can attack Prime when he spawns, that's actually right on the corner of where Supreme will be able to see you and aggro you, and he can only aggro you when he's standing directly on top of Prime. Therefore, it's pretty safe to just aggro Prime when he spawns with a blowpipe, stand as far NE as you can, then step 1 tile away if Supreme is getting too close. In this scenario, you can either flick your BP to longrange for a few hits and be safe, or simply wait for Supreme to walk away again. Or bring diamond (e) and a crossbow and not worry about Supreme, only using the BP for specs. Any of those is fine. If, for some reason, you're looking to only kill Rex and Prime (I did this recently because my CC had a bingo where we needed a Mud Battlestaff and my gear isn't good enough to tribrid so I just ignored Supreme altogether - It's also good for a 35 kill boss task in one trip while ignoring Supreme), then you can use this method. Bring Laws, Nats and Smoke runes in your rune pouch (Telegrab and alchs in 1 inv spot as you'll want to pick up loot without aggro from Supreme), plus Guthans for heals on Spinolyps. This plus bp spec and food drops are plenty to keep you going for as long as your antidotes and bastion potions last (~96 minutes). Once you've killed Rex and Prime, you can use Guthans to take out Supreme for a single kill if you're having trouble getting in the room without being aggroed by Supreme, but it's slow (~90 seconds) so Prime will respawn mid-kill and it's a ballache - I'd simply recommend going up and down the ladder until he's far enough away that you can simply run up the north side instead. My setup for completely ignoring Supreme looks something like: - Guthans (helmet stays equipped at all times, rest is only for heals - can bring a slayer helm switch if you're on task though. Don't bother with serp helm, you'll just get poisoned healing up on the Spinolyps with Guthans) - BP + blessed d'hide (Prime switch - Black d'hide is fine for ironmen who haven't got blessed d'hide yet) - Anguish (Prime) - Bring a fury or glory if you can't afford an anguish - Best tank armour (Rex, just make sure your mage attack isn't -65 or below) - Trident of the Swamp (Rex - Downgrade as required) - Occult necklace (Rex - If you don't have this, just use whatever necklace you have for Prime and bring an extra food) - MA2 cape (Rex - MA1 cape or best HCIM alternative is fine too) - Barrows gloves (All times - Downgrade as required) - Archers ring (i) (All times) - DFS (Rex - Downgrade as required if you're an ironman and you've not had a vissy drop yet) - Boots: Up to you between best tank boots, or blessed d'hide boots. I bring blessed d'hide but you can bring the extra defense instead if you prefer. - Blessing (can use diamond (e) and bring a crossbow instead if you're worried about being in range of Supreme) - 2 Bastion pots (sip this and your antidote together, can drop a food for an extra bastion pot if you want to pot up more frequently but it's not necessary) - 2 Antidote++ - 3-4 Ppots - 1-2 brews, 1 super restore - 1 stamina pot for getting there - Pet rock + thrownaxe - Rellekka tab x2 (use 1 and revert the other) - Fill up with food (min. sharks recommended) Feel free to experiment with Sanfews, spectral shield etc if you want, but they're not necessary. Along the north side, I've got different coloured tiles marked for the boundary of where both Prime and Supreme can aggro me, and also where I can only be aggroed by Prime. This part is just trial and error though.

Run up the ladder and start over. If you’re just starting and don’t want to yank them all, just go up and down the ladder until they’re set up in a way you can manage it.

Blood barrage is for healing if you don’t have a sanguinesti staff or saradomin godsword. You can also use ice barrage to freeze Rex incase your rotation time is slow and Rex spawns while you’re still fighting supreme.

lol so much could be improved for med tier gear rapier/b ring is useless since supreme is the fastest kill by far SGS is pretty much the essential item for dks since trips last wayyyy longer if you arent 1t flicking. better to drop the rapier/b ring/brim boots and buy a tent whip/SGS/pegs/RotG instead. fally shield 4 is worth bringing if you have it too

I also have a beginners guide for this boss which uses low tier gear. Also, in OSRS the gear doesn’t really matter when learning. The mechanics are what needs to be learned. Lower tier gear just means a longer kill. The boss still works the same way.
