Girl that comment hit me hard...I have been married 12 years to a cheater. I did not find out till I had our first son he has sex with his ex wife in my oldest sons room..my older boy was in his grandma's room. I stayed because my older son was seven when we got married and really wanted a father...he never knew his real dad.. So I stayed and got really depressed over constant cheating and put off graduating from college over depression. I was so mentally unstable I would be to lazy, tired, sidetracked to take my birth control properly and ended up having three babies in a five year period until it occured to me to take my damn pills. I would get anxiety every time he left the house because I never knew I'd he was coming back...he always wanted to live in the country and only he could use the vehicle even though my financial aid had paid for every vehicle we had because he wouldn't get a job. I supported us often by walking to work pregnant and in snow storms and rain storms. I felt worthless. I mean ift.own husband thought I was fat and ugly and dumb then I guess I must be I cannot describe the horrors I allowed to happen. I am forty years old now and have been in therapy for about a year. Turns out I am not fat, and very attractive and smart as hell...through all of it I managed to get my bachelor degree. My husband hates that I have self esteem and hates that I don't care what he does anymore. I stayed for my kids mainly because his mother and father are very wealthy and threaten to take my kids and never let me see them again...they have turned me into CSD many times over made up things to make a paper trail incase I leave and they have the pull with judges and high ups to do it..so I decided to just be my best self and live my best life regardless and when my youngest is eighteen I'm out that door I will be in my late fifties when she is 18 and that does scare me thinking where did my youth go...by the time I can actually give myself an abuse free life I will be an old woman!

The issue with this is that children grow and start listening at school, reading watching KZbin and 2 things may happen, or her girls become strong self respected women that won’t take disrespect from a man or they become like their mom, submissive with low self esteem.
