But would is used only past action that repeated many times. Here be is the verb and it is not an action and the sentence refers to a situation. So we should fill it used to instead of would. According to osssc main notification for peo and JA total no of post is 5774.but no of students of odisha is approx 1 lakh or above.dist wise vacancy and then different categories wise vacancy is about 20 to 40 post approx .but no of aspirants district wise may be 5000 approx.so its very tough to crack a govt job as no of post is very less than no of aspirants.so as a aspirant never be very possessive to get a govt job.coz a huge no of aspirants should be disqualified even in difference of 0.5 marks
