@@Thalanox What he said is not true at all. The one who animated Grimgar is A-1 pictures, which is pretty much still present. Last season they worked on Nier, this season they work on Mashle and they are planning to bring out the Solo Leveling anime at the end of this year.

I've started to read the light novels. Dude it's so good. The anime does a good job at following it and adding more where it lacks but the book adds more to other things you wouldn't think it needed. The people who made the anime definitely put time into it. Very happy with it so far

As much as I'd like a Season 2, it's probably going to take a while cause they'll have to redo Season 1 and add the relevant scenes that they've removed for Season 2 to actually make sense.

What scenes exactly? As far as I remember every major scene is there, and chardev is pretty much exactly the same. The only semi-important event missing is orc raid but it doesn't really belong in S1 anyway.
