Those screaming torps are definitely something to watch out for. A number of times I've been surprised by some torps suddenly screaming past me. As a cruiser main I typically fear no DD in the game at any tier. But the Ostergotland is one that gives me pause and if possible is my #1 target to remove simply because those torps can come up on you so fast as to make dodging very hard. It seems that every time I'm surprised by a torp, there is an Oster in the game.

Incoming splash damage, how does this perk work? Thanks for sharing your time with us and attempting to make gameplay better.

Incoming splash damage refers to HE shells hitting your ship. The shell damages where it hits and also hits other nearby parts of the ship, which knocks out modules and secondary/aa guns

Like a cross between ZF6 and a Kagero. More competitive than a Kagero against better players, probably not quite as good for sinking potatoes as the Kagero is. Squishy boat though, unforgiving if you make a mistake...

The reason that the torpedo's reload slower than the lower tiers is that the Skane has triple launchers; whereas, ostergotland has quad launchers.

I’m only on the t5 but I’ve loved the line so far and I know I’ll love this one. Got a kraken in the Visby even though most people don’t like the lower tier ships in this line. I couldn’t believe nobody even hit you with all the time you were spotted. Wp

I really can’t justify the aa mod in the 4th equipment spot over torp reload. My oster torps reload in 66 seconds and do 94 knots. I’m getting insane games with these torps and the fast shooting guns are nice for dog fights. Boat is very very good but definitely a higher skill gap depending on if you have the brains and commanders to spec it right

I mitigate the lack of smoke by using the French commander that lowers the detection after firing main battery as a commander inspiration

With the arrival of these Pan Euro DDs; I noticed that my Le Terrible became 🫤🫤🫤. Skane, imo is better than Le Terrible. Aside from the premium thing; I think they have to buff it… 🤷🏽‍♂️

On PC the halland at tier 10 shreds planes. The Pan-euro dds are pretty good for aa and guns. meh torps

Why are you toggle gun lock so much. Is there something I should know? I have been having issues since that feature Came in were I have to turn it off and on to be able to lock on anything. Curious if you're having similar issues

There's turning your AA/secondaries on and off, which makes sense in various situations. Locking the guns is a completely different thing and is absolutely something that should be incorporated into everyone's game. You want your guns stationary and pointing in the direction that you expect to fire from for as much of the game as possible. Spinning turrets cannot be fired, and when your guns aren't firing your damage per match decreases, which lowers your overall effectiveness

@@TbullGaming thanks for responding. Ok so you were turning off secondary and AA I thought it was guns I understand that especially for carriers if there in lobby. My issue is my guns won't always lock on and I either have to switch to torpedoes and back or turn the gun lock off and back on. It's super annoying and I have missed out on kills or been killed because of it and I don't know why this is happening it never did before the feature was implemented. But yes I understand the turning turrets thing lol. I appreciate you not making fun of me and trying to help but I understand basics I was trying to figure out how to fix the bug I have it appears that it's not common. Keep up the content good video.

@@jordankibbee3441 they don't lock on, the lock onto the position that they're in when you engage the gun lock, which is shown by the dotted line on the ship diagram at the bottom. Check my beginners guide playlist for the video on gunlock, it goes through everything you need to know

@@TbullGaming I have 4000 games with a 56 winning percentage why I am not the best I understand how the game works yes you still need to lead there are no auto hits. My guns won't pick a target so when I do adjust for correct lead the dispersion is shit. If the ship isn't highlighted with for lack of better discription a circle icon even if lead is correct you won't hit much. This is the issue I'm having is the guns won't get the target highlighted so I can adjust my leads to get hits unless I turn gun lock features off and on switch to torpedoes which than lock it and switch back to guns. I guess it's something you have to see to understand but it's a bug and it's very annoying and it's only been a problem recently and was trying to figure out if others are having this issue apparently not so I guess it's a me problem I have to believe that some others are having this issue it can't possibly be just me but is what it is I know how to fix it just annoying that I have to do these extra steps and it's not every game or engagement it's random so it catches you off guard sometimes. Thankfully this is not a fast pace game and in most situations you can deal with it but there are times we're it gets you killed or you miss on a kill in the situation it gets you killed your probably in trouble anyways but still not a fun bug to have

As a newly made carrier main i absolutely loathe the AA on the pan-europe line with them being immensely frustrating being able to down 5-6 of my planes per squad before even getting spotted. I'd rather them having some smoke or torp reload than those ridiculous AA with enhanced AA mods. Doesn't make sense that the smallest ship on the board boasts more powerful AA then a BB.

Man, I hate this line. I get so much more value out of French DDs then Pan European. Faster and torbs actually do damage!
