Here’s a better love story than Twilight. A soldier from the feudal era of Japan, gets brutally beaten in a bloody battlefield. He was saved by a stranger who isn’t Human. The stranger saved him, by turning him into something not Human. A Vampire. The man that saved him, was a Daywalker who became his Master. Because he is the Master to all Vampires. For centuries the young warrior served & followed his lord, as his 2nd in command. Until by the mid 1980s. He fell in love with the most beautiful woman in the world. Little was he surprised that she was an Angel from Europe. She & her older brother, who’s been taking care of her when their parents died. The two of them are part of an Order that protects the world from Darkness. The young woman saw that there’s still some Humanity in her stalker, who she nearly killed for peeping when she was taking a bath in a waterfall. They both fell in love, while her brother understands that he could be trustworthy, despite being a creature of the night. Later, the Master finds out that his Knight betrayed them. So he corrupted him with his Dark Poison. Turning him into a horrifying image of himself. The brother was forced to fight him to the death. Which ended with the warrior getting boiled into sunlight, while having his head cut off. Right after he got the Angel pregnant with a half Vampire baby. Months later, the Angel dies after childbirth. It was a boy, who was given to an orphanage. He would later get adopted at the age of five, by a poor couple who lost a daughter who died before turning fifteen. They give him a home with so much love & care a boy like him would need. Little he knew, that his biological uncle would be watching over him, until his Vampire powers get triggered. Which would change his life forever.

If it helps? There’s this fanfic where a boy who’s about the same age as Megumi. He comes from the real world, after watching Shiki. He ends up in the world itself, a week before the Kirishikis arrived. What he wanted to do is save the whole village from being turned into a rabid hole of Psychopaths, not because of the Kirishikis. But mostly Natsuno & Toshio. The people he wanted to save are Nao, Ritsuko, Tohru, & Megumi(who he deeply wishes to save the most). All that kid had to do was trash the mansion before the Kirishikis moved in. Get in between Natsuno & Megumi, because she be better off with someone who would be the Anakin Skywalker to her Padme Amidala, while having Seishin as his Obi-Wan Kenobi. Letting Megumi died, then come back as a Shiki, who was force to kill him. Which turns him into a Jinrou, who went all Kazuya Mishima on Tatsumi. Hypnotizing Toshio to give the victims blood transfusions. Convincing Nao to let her family go, knowing they would be okay without her, while she’ll always have him, Megumi, & Seishin as family. While making sure that Natsuno doesn’t become a big problem to him & the Shikis. The fanfic’s called To Tempt Fate. It’s better than actual story itself.

@@grey4g I think The Tanaka brother (the little brown haired guy that was Natsou's friend) is either infected or died and became a werewolf (becoming a werewolf is more likely) and the priest himself became a werewolf, that's how he came back after dropping dead, its because the blue haired werewolf had bitten him before he died. So its not like if Sunako died it would have been the end for the Shiki, though i think its also 50/50, Shiki are dangerous but the humans went a little bit too far, to the point of even killing each other. Did you like the anime as a whole though?

Amziah It's a vampire anime, but a really different take on it, it is the best vampire anime I have ever seen, more of a psychological anime, quite morbid, but in a good way. Just watch it, it is amazing!
