I think you're doing a really good job of providing as much helpful advice as you can while continuing to acknowledge the limitations of advice for a game like osu, and how it all comes back to playing experience. It's a good balance and as a player with a lot of play time who is still working on some of these skills and in the 90k rank range, the effort put into giving this insight is very much appreciated.

FAQ Question: Should I use AP (autopilot) mod since you’ve suggested to work on tapping first? Answer: No, the amount of concentration and effort required to tap only, is not the same as the amount required to tap + consciously aim. You need to get used to doing both at the same time because it will feel different compared to AP only for most people, even if it’s on those non aim intensive deathstream practice maps. Question: My flow aim is breaking down on longer streams Answer: Play more. Your tapping will get better overtime so then you will at some point be able to fully focus on the flow on the stream. Either you've run out of tapping stamina or you've lost focus on aiming the stream - both problems are solved with play more.

Just a quick tip to my fellow gamers: When you get to mid 6-digit (rank 500-300k) it's usually not a problem with tapping and is more of a problem with aiming. A lot of these players (including myself) can tap consistently, but mess up with aim. What I did to fix this was play long stream practice maps and fixing my aim, then I was able to get high acc (95%+) and I found this out not too long ago. Just some advice (and advice is just a suggestion) :)

Hey Tonehh, first things first, a big thank you for everything. You're like the key to unlock mental and finger lock. I came to surpass myself because of you, and for that, you're a hero. Now, I have a struggle I can't help with. I just can't get used to my nerves, even when I fc longer maps, which I've played over and over again, at the end I'm just shaking like a jackhammer, and it's not even about setting scores because on these maps, even if I perfect it, it wont even appear on my top plays. My actual goal is to settle my nerves down, I play a shit load of long maps (around 4-6 minutes) and the outcome is always the same. Around the 3/4 of the map, I start shaking - even if i'm not fcing, and thats the point, its ALWAYS the case - even tho I'm kinda calm minded, because I KNOW i have nothing to gain and nothing to lose, it just... Happens. And its frustrating like hell. If you have any advice about it, I'll take. Litteraly anything. To sup up, the shaking doesnt even show when I'm fcing shorter maps which actually give a lot more PP. So its absolutely not about the score, my guess is achieving a goal, but it wasnt that bad when I started to learn streaming and alternate.

i feel like it's important to note the advice abt stream corners and circles that go a bit out in the middle of a curve that you should be intentional in aiming them rather than trying to follow the general curve and skipping them since each circle wasnt given aim speed that is even/consistent with the spacing

Lowering UR is magic. Thinkinkg about it in a different way, even if your aim is 100% consistent in its speed in relation to the notes, the higher your UR, the further your click happens from the centre. What this means is as an example, since you're human and aren't 100% consistent, if your aim happens to be behind the exact same moment you happen to click a little bit too early, even if it's still a 300, you might miss because of it. Lower UR reduces this chance. + Fcing maps to prove you can do it at a lower * rating also helps for nerves/consistency + slowly working your way up. Used to shitmiss longer maps all the time, basically being convinced I could never FC anything longer than 2min no matter the *, and I've got so many 4-5min fcs now that I would have considered completely impossible, but I guess I can do it lol (and you can, too).

my method to build consistency: only aim for FC's (I'm not saying use SD or anything lol) I used to think that FC's don't help you improve, but I've realized that they obviously do. after all, racecar drivers don't get faster by crashing. weightlifters don't get stronger by dropping the weights halfway through a set.
