It's all about improvement, I started actually not being able to stream 140 bpm (not exaggerated) and can only burst at around 210 but now I can stream 260-280 consistently (3 years) and can stream around 350-400 when vibrating which is pretty insane considering I'm only 4 digit

@@mizu0340 this will improve your stamina as well as speed osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/72474#osu/207088 play all I mean all of them everyday uf you can and when the 180 bpm starts getting easy then you can try and DT the other maps. That is mainly for stamina and consistency tho, if you want speed and flowaim try searching for maps that has short extreme bursts that has complicated patterns, I can't really recommend any maps since I've not played for 3 months (but I'm planning to go back after another 3 months) so just watch stuffs and when you see a short burst stream map, try to download it. Your hand positioning is also helpful and remember to do stretches since streaming puts a lot of strain in your hand. This is also a trick: when watching a gameplay, try to also tap into the rhythm, this helped me a lot. You need time as well but this hopefully can speed up your improvement.

I also think Switches and Mechanical keyboards also help although I've not really tried one since I'm stuck with laptop keys (well they're extremely light and easy to press so not really much of a difference) but if you have the budget try to buy one but prioritize tablet first if you can.
