In this video I am walking thorough how the Old Testament Feasts and Appointed Times connect to Christ. I did a long video on my channel that covered all of this content and more, but I wanted to do a shorter video just dedicated to this exciting topic.

Lev 23:5 “In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD'S passover.” As I understand, Jesus died just before Passover, at the exact same time the animal lamb was being sacrificed by the high priest. The previous supper, aka the Last Supper, was the last of the preparation before the Passover. They did not have lamb. As I heard one preacher comment, when Judas left that was symbolic of the leaven leaving the house. As I recall, the high priest sped up the crucifixion because he wanted it done before the Passover. I don’t have time now to look it up. You’re doing a good job bringing this up, how Jesus is our everything.

Also, concerning the harvest has already begun: Revelation 14:4 “These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.” This has already begun and is happening now. And no, I am not a Preterist.

Thanks friend for the comment and question. To answer this question, yes. I read most of them as I get the opportunity - but I do miss some on occasion. To your first question. Since I do digital media for my church I get pretty busy around seasons like Christmas and Easter. I saw your question about Jesus and the timing of his Holy Week events and I have yet to spend enough time to give you an answer that I have done my full diligence to research, but I intend to as soon as my other responsibilities and time allow. That being said, have you found a good answer yet or a reliable source for teaching on the subject?

@@Back2theWord Thank you for the reply friend. With church, family, and this channel, I'm sure you are very busy. My wife and I are at retirement age and we wonder how we ever did the things we did in our 20s-40s. I have not yet found a good answer. The only source I consider reliable is the Word. It can be difficult to find connections between passages on a topic as this, because it is not a typical teaching. Also, one has to be careful when pulling themes from a parable and connecting them to other parables and events. My thoughts at this time are that we have been in the "harvest" since Jesus' resurrection and the angels are gathering souls as they pass from the flesh. Daniel 11:40 to the end of chapter 12, and John's epistles (plus the other verses I have cited here) tell me we have been "at the end" since Jesus said, "It is finished." on the cross. I'd rather read your comments on "The 70th Week of Daniel" paper I emailed you. I'm not sure if I sent you "The Great Tribulation - How Long?" paper. Thanks again for your time. PS: Just came across another one: ”For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.“ ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬ I did quote verse 6 before, but I should have included verse 7 as well.

First Fruits Thanks to God and some very good teachers, Christ resurrecting on the day of the first fruits offering was not new for me. I new right away I would have to share these verses. : Mat 27:50-53 KJV "50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many." - This is fulfillment of Dan 12:2. 1Pet 3:18-19 KJV "18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;" 1Pet 4:6 KJV "For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit." - This is the answer to the question, "What about the people that lived before Jesus? Rev 20:4-6 KJV "4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." - This is the end of the harvest gleaning. Heb 9:26-28 KJV "26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation." While I was pondering these verses, (it was a mentally light day at work today) some other thoughts came to my mind that I will have to search out: 1. If the first fruits have been gathered, what does that mean? IT MEANS THE HARVEST HAS BEGUN. It has been my understanding, for quite some time, that the "first resurrection" is not a one time event, but rather it started when Jesus resurrected and it will continue until the end of the age, as seen in Revelation 20 above. But, I have never considered it to be the harvest of the end. 2. The last shall be first and the first shall be last. What was Jesus talking about? Could it be He was talking about the feasts?

i bet this guy has a mean John Malchovich impression. My name is Scott, my youtube handle is meant to be ironic. You have great potential on the Tubes brother. I feel like I am getting in on the ground floor of an IPO being able to actually talk to you here. my QUESTION is, Mark 14:12 "on the first day of unleavened bread when the passover lamb was to be sacrificed..." It appears Jesus observes Passover on the first day of the 7 days Feast of Unleavened Bread (Last Supper). Then the next day (2nd day of the feast of unleavened bread) he is lifted up between heaven and earth. The priests then want Him off the cross before sunset because 15:42 says "...it was preperation day for the Sabbath". Then the priests observe Passover at sundown that day. My whole point here is Passover seems to be observed by Jesus and the rest of Israel DURING the week of unleavened bread!? Leviticus 23 says Passover on the 14th, Feast of Unleavened Bread to START on the 15th. What is going on with this?

Michael Rood has an old set of teachings on the spring and fall feasts of the Lord. The one on Passover is good for explaining how the time of the Passover went from the selection of the lamb through first fruits.

The video is good, but Use the term Israelite people, not Jews. Please. They were all Israel , the jews today and many in the past, are man made and have nothing to do with scripture. So please In your future videos, help clear up the confusion. All in Christ are grafted in Israel ( Galatians ) Jewery is not of Christ. Just as Roman Sunday is not of Christ. There’s only one people, native and grafted in. Not gentiles. So, help show the fact that there’s only one people from two houses, Ephraim and Yahudah. Not the jews. So by saying Israel places all the other brothers including us wild olive trees back together, as one true house of Israel in Yeshua/Jesus. Remember this, there’s no reason or right to change the word as the Church of Rome did. See Daniel 7-9 and Revelation. This is also why Paul says that we keep Passover, not as they did in jewery, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity ( Yahshua/Jesus). Everything is about Yahshua/Jesus, and we are now a spiritual assembly called out of this world, not into factions of the Roman church. Jesus was the First fruits and the Wave offering, thus fulfilling the waving of the lulav, trees, ( men ) from the North, south, east, west. There’s so much jewery that messes up the true revelation of our Messiah. All those showings of God/Elohim, was Yahshua/Jesus. They shared the same name. (Gen 18-19) The first will be last, the last will be first. Those in Christ are Israel. There’s no Christian and jews, there’s only those in Messiah Yahshua/Jesus, and those outside. If they don’t confess Messiah Yahshua/Jesus, they neither have the Father Yah. The 8th day pictures the time after the 1000 year reign after the devil is released again and the fire comes down to destroy the last of the Rebels. 1-7 is a Week, or 7k years. The 8th day pictures “la olam “ eternity when “all” these devils children who say they are Yahudim and are not, are destroyed forever ever. Btw , I grew up baptist, and got tired of the lies. And met Jesus/ He is Yahshua… Yahs Salvation. The door for the New Israel.

ObedYah561- You’re getting close. Consider Revelation 2:9 and 3:9. Also, Galatians 3:28-29 “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Do you understand that The Great Tribulation, and the 70th Week of Daniel began at the resurrection of Jesus and will continue until the 7th trumpet sounds? Have you ever looked up the definition for the Hebrew words translated to ‘week’ and ‘time’ in Daniel 9&12?
