Otaku Evolution Episode 252 - City Hunter: Secret Service

Ryo Saeba is a jack-of-all trades. Bodyguard, private eye, assassin. When the blackboard at Shinjuku station reads "XYZ", he takes a new job- usually from a beautiful woman- and always sees it through. A massive horndog, Ryo has to be constantly put in his place by partner Kaori Makimura, via her giant mallet. But he's not to be taken lightly: Ryo is a crack shot with a .357 Magnum, a talented (if reckless) driver, and deadly in hand-to-hand combat. Can Ryo save the daughter of a prominent politician from criminals looking to get to her father through her? Only if he can keep his hands to himself!

It's a word replacement in the dub for the word "mokkori", which is an onomatopoeia for an erection. In Japanese, Ryo says "mokkori" a lot.
