Olivia's smile at 6:44 ..not even the joker can get a smile that big. Oh the joy! By Olivia's body language I thought we were going to get a kiss, but hey Im not mad, they're back together. If one thing I've learned from watching this two, is to have patience. Sometimes, we lesbians rush into relationship without even building the foundation to have one. And from watching Nat and Liv's story, has made me appreciate more what a good relationship should be really base on. Love their storyline!

WOW!!! I go away a few days and come back to some serious kick-ass Otalia scenes!!! and over 20 minutes each day? Wow! Not only were all the performances powerful, the ladies were HOT! Doris,Blake the bed whoa! And when Liv walked in that hospital room like the Sexy Calvary, I applauded! I tell you bumping foreheads is normally painful, but from Liv it's foreplay!

With that kiss, the ep would have been simply perfect, but Nat and Liv grinning at each other like teenagers:I think my heart has butterfly wings now. The lack of that kiss, made the ep miss its resolution, somehow.But all of it was simply beautiful.They can censor kisses and intimacies, but they couldn't censor Doris' speech.And Ashlee's.And that was simply phenomenal,and SUCH a big and heartfelt thing to put out there. And they couldn't censor Phillip's words.Or JL's and CC's eyes and smiles.

Wow, the way these 2 lovely ladies light up at the end of this scene just melts my heart...What an amazing episode all around. LOVE the Doris and Ashley scenes today. I don't know how but alas I'm at that place that likes the love between Nat&Liv as it is projected through their looks, hugs & touches however understated or insinuated because they are so restrained by CBS, GL, P&G, writers -whoever --whatever. Im still loving them together & reconciled. I have to forget the injustice or irrationality of lack of intimacy in favor of celebrating Otalia. I am looking forward to the next shows. I like to think the worst part of waiting is behind us.

This episode also gets extra stars for the mention of the word Lesbian(multiple times) and homophobic. Hi peeps!I've just read "old news" on a JL fansite.Seems like the writers were instructed late april to write beyond the CBS cancel date, because the show was supposed to be picked up by lifetime.That would explain a lot of the choppy writing over the summer if they bailed last minute.

We should take into consideration that Natalia had nothing about her sexuality from him. All her life she considered herself a straight woman if she ever thought about it at all. She had no idea that she could possibly be bisexual. It never once crossed her mind. If she'd ever even heard of sexual fluidity it was just a passing concept that meant nothing to her. As for Doris well she could have handled it better. And saved both herself and Ashley a lot of grief over the years. But that she finally came clean means a lot. Now Ashley just has to deal with the shock add Rafe has to figure out that being gay is not the end of the world for Ashley's mother or his. Has a matter of fact it freeze them both to live their real lives.

I mean what exactly are the writers or CBS afraid of now that GL is on it's way out. Shouldn't they throw caution to the wind, go out with a bang, and leave otalia fans everywhere satisified? You're not alone...I've been grieving about the end being near too(and watching old clips late into the night). It hurts all the more because the censorship of this story line is so unfair and unnecessary. There must have been some big homophobic outcry when Olivia kissed Natalia back in January's 'My two Mommies' episode. It's even more infuriating to us because other soaps are showing same sex couples (men and women) doing so much more. What gives? Especially in light of GL's cancellation.

It seems to have sth. to do, and I have heard this elsewhere, with the network actually fighting for intimacy between its gay characters against its own board or daytime Tv's board of standards and regulations.Since GL got the axe, they didn't invest the effort because they could have cared less about the show and its sls. That's what I heard.I don't know anything either.
