Hi Linda! Oh, WOW…I’m impressed with the painting details! They are getting better with that! The painting is better then some artist painted dolls I’ve seen out there! In the video her lips look pretty nice, but if you are able to repaint them, I would, make them look more natural. My 2 Maddie’s that were done by different artist, their head shapes are different, one is fuller and the other is more narrow like this one, interesting. I’m thinking my Maddie with the narrow head is not as stuffed as the other one? Can’t wait to see how you reborn her, she’s going to be adorable! Thanks for sharing, and have a great day!❤❤❤

I agree some artists work is worse. That’s why this is so great. Who wants to throw hundreds down the drain to get a bad doll. Yes I may decide to do her lips. I have done all my Maddie’s Lips over.

I have an Otard Maddie with dark skin tone and they did a good job with adding veining and mottling. She is more of a biracial tone. I didn’t think to ask them to change the color of the lips. I will probably paint over them one day. I rooted her and she is lovely. The body was nicely matched for an ethnic skin tone.

I am so broke , for me everything is so expensive in Canada $ 40.00 usa for a painted kit wow … I love this kit. I am still scared to order in line . I don’t have the money to loose anymore.. are those her real legs and arms ?
