Pretty cute. I have a bunch of them I am love them. I do preferred the painted kits because anyway I put them apart to weigh them and give them makeover if they need it. TRUE .. and honestly, if the colour comes off the kit, then I have an inexpensive kit to practise Reborning skills on. I have bought the ENTIRE beginner's kit plus kits here and there over the YEARS and I still never tried Reborning. I think a huge reason why I have been procrastinating is because I'm actually scared to ruin a $120+ kit !! One of my kits I bought myself a few years ago was the Chase kit by Bonnie Brown .. .. But there was NO WAY I wanted to reborn that gorgeous kit and ruin it: I eventually had it sent out to a Reborn artist to Reborn and I'm so glad I did. But I'm also stuck with more blank kits and Reborning supplies. The vinyl isn't exactly the same as the authentic kits but it's a good start to practise painting. I heard so many artists talk about "different vinyls" anyway (how some are easy for the paint to 'hold' and how some are difficult ...... or how some vinyl is easy to root on and some are hard and they break a lot of needles.) ...... ..... Of course: I would always support my collection with authentic kits but I also own a few Ashton Drakes, etc .. ... ... .. 🌷🌹🥰💕🤗🇨🇦🍧🍨🍥🍡✨☀🎀💟 Thanks so much for being here!!

Hi, You!! hehhehhe .... and yah ... Princess auto has glass beads and are WAY cheaper than the reborn-stores. I buy my baby phat (or you mean like the silicone pellets?) from Macphersons Arts and Crafts online (they are in Ontario) ... but they have been sold out for many months. I keep checking to see. I recently tried buying poly pellets from amazon (canada) but Haven't tried them yet. I still had some leftover from a doll that I bought years ago that was way too stuffed with them!! (My partial silicone Nathaniel ... I did a video about it years ago) 🤗🥰🍂🧡🤎🍃🌿💟☀🍄🌸🐇☘🌻💛💚🐞☕🍼💕🇨🇦 I have dolls with both poly pellets and baby phat but honestly ... the super-fine glass beads (in the brown bag) is super squishy once you put them in stockings because it's powder-fine. The recycled glass beads (in the white and green bags) are more like the size of glass beads from Macphersons ... but the recycled ones, of course; are green, brown, and white mixed coloured as they are from recycled pieces. . soooooooooooooo: Here's how I like to use them: The super-powder-fine glass beads in the limbs of a doll (makes the limbs nice and squishy too without that crunchy-sound).... recycled glass beads in stockings for the head and upper torso .... and a "bum" made with either polly pellets or the super-powdery-glass beads wrapped over and over again in stockings. Now that I bought polly pellets from amazon, I'm going to stuff my next doll using those as a "bum"

Do you have any advice for taking apart an assembled kit where the zip ties are REALLY tight? I tried loosening it by feeding it back through, but I think I messed up the tie by denting it with my pliers. It’s too tight to move the fabric away from the ties. Thanks for your time!

Oh, I remember taking a part a doll that tight! I pulled and twisted and pulled and twisted ... I told myself, "Ok, from now on, I want to buy myself a painted KIT" .. hahhah ... I did take apart an Aliexpress Kodi Bear and it was t-o-u-g-h!! I do cut the ties and I have replacements. I buy my ties from either Dollar Tree or I have a few from McPhersons online. I just ended up cutting close ... I did a video with a similar situation on an ashton drake where it was so difficult! But I just replaced the limbs with new ties.

Oh!! That's an interesting concept ... I never tried that!! 🌸🌷🌿✨💟💖🍼💕💞🥰🇨🇦 You might have to get some neck rings so the head would be able to go into the vinyl doll's neck. The reason why I might think so is because a cloth body needs a zip tie, right? .... well, a vinyl neck has no where to zip tie anything ... so, maybe a neck ring might be needed ... but not sure .... but maybe you don't need any neck rings ... The head might be able to pop in as-is ... hmmm ... Good idea though!!
