I've had my OTC Enhanced Monitor for a few years now, and found the printer new-old-stock some time later, but only just recently got my hands on the special cable to attach the printer to the code reader.
This video shows me running the KOEO and KOER tests on my 1985 Ford LTD Country Squire with EEC-IV CFI, and sending the test results to the printer.
