Nice video. As well as Knole, visitors could try nearby Hever Castle (Boleyn family), Penshurst Place (Sir Philip Sidney, Elizabethan poet and soldier), Ightham Mote (moated manor house) and Lullingstone Castle.

Dear Sarah, it's always lovely to hear your take on the latest Tudor offering for the month. It always amazes me how covertous Henry VIII was of other people's property! Seems like he really felt entitled to everything he laid his eyes on. Hi Sarah, Another great video. I was reading the other day that Henry Viii, made Thomas Cranmer surrender Otford to him in 1537, But I can’t find out why. I’m curious to find this out.
