You're right but he's actually older than Lisa but still in Korean u can't just call people by their name so casually unless it's your family/friends but it's not "yo" bc this is for questioning politely, instead we uses "Nim" so it's "Lisa-nim" if it's third person and for second person it's "ssi" "Lisa-ssi"
