Parasympathetic and secretomotor means the same. Kindly elaborate why have you taken four nerve supply, while it should be just 3 sympathetic/vasomotor, parasympathetic/secretomotor and sensory nerve supply.

There is a mistake. There is no motor branch for parotid gland bcz motor branch is only given to muscle(here 3 muscles). Otic ganglion have 4 supplies incluiding motor, basically motor and sensory coming from same nerve that is mandibular, that's why it is called mixed nerve. You can draw with same coluor motor and sensory. By the way, thank you Sir.
