Otis 2000E at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol

This lift is in a really bad state. Going down, it makes a load buzzing noise during leveling and it takes a long time before moving when going up.

Ok. Just so I know where it is, is this a single lift (i mean a set of 1) that in the car park opens up in a little corner around Car Park K? K area of the car park

Although this lift isnt good in condition, its been modernised it is much worse, I do prefer the old one.
