To be completely honest, I feel Otis isn't that bad without the star power, he just isn't absolutely INSANE in showdown or hunters like some other brawlers. I don't think that the sp is as big of a big ad everyone says but it definitely makes him way better than he already was

ok i know otis is too strong but i think they should give otises super like a little homing shot when its shot or like when its in the ground it like spins and whoever touches it gets silenced as well. just my opinion: edit: if someone doesnt understand the floor spin i mean the starfish should move in circles/spinning and whoever touches it gets silence.

I literally tried to get as many boxes as i can before otis's 2nd star power releases so i might be able to get it. I opened 25 big boxes and 4 mega boxes and out of the 40 star powers im still able to unlock. I didn't get a single one of them. (Otis's starpowers included) 😐

Otis's first gadget is good. It's so much better. Idk, maybe he's good in showdown meta, but he still feels underwhelming, even with the starpower (but I tried him in 3v3's like in bb and gem grab)

His first gadget is terrible if you now where cil is even worse that the fact that spawners like mr.p can use his penguin portar’s to trip it for him and even if you do trip on cil you can just hide until the silencing effect would come off.
