It's pretty easy to juke shots from Otis, Lou , colt and other brawlers that have a small projectile and slow projectile speed

I only have power 10, the only power 11 brawler I have is spike and it’s manly because I only want power points till level 10 then I am to lazy to bother levelling up. (Spike is my favourite brawler and there fore an exception)

While the Otis buffs definitely made him at least playable, as stated he still suffers from Lou syndrome in longer range and doesn't have the best survivability or fastest of bursts like other tank-killers such as Shelly, Colette, or Griff

Otis is going to be so broken, i dont get why everyone is so happy about this. Just watch, in a few weeks everyone will absolutely hate him, just like Gale, he will completely ruin any close range brawler. Now he can mute people and not let them play the game, and then shred them in like one frame. With the second star power he will deal insane damage with his shots, and his super will do damage on top of that. Now no one will be able to survive being muted. This is going to make Otis the next Gale where he absolutely ruins any close range brawler, because at that range if he supers you, you just get shredded by his insane DPS.
