In my oppinion the best blues man there’s ever been My guy doesn’t get enough credit , not only on how great a musician he was but his influence on so many players is always overlooked breaks my heart to not hear him in the conversation. I’m glad guys like josh smith and Kirk fletcher (Kirk especially) celebrate him the way they do . ❤️ Rest easy Otis !

What a tone. When I was a lad, I first heard Otis Rush's 'I can't quit you, Baby.' My grandfather told me. There is God and then Otis Rush. I never heard God...oh I have: Otis Rush.

Definitely , even when his tone changes throughout his career always stays the best all my favorite tones are otis rush tones , and I love albert kings tone as well feel like those are guys I’ve never heard anyone accurately replicate and that’s special
