If you listen to the video ...Evo starts breaking up on 4th. Looks like ran into unforseen issues during the run. On top of the bad flagging. He was done either Way. Now it running 💯 percent i believe that would of been a good run.

lets say you have two cars and they are theoretically EXACTLY as fast/quick as eachother. if they take off at the exact same time theyll be side by side. if one takes off half a second before the other, the gap will keep getting bigger until they either let off or both cars hit a certain top speed whether its what theyre geared to or governed to. the gap will get bigger distance wise because the car that took off before is always gonna be going a faster speed thus covering more ground faster than the second car but since these two cars are theoretically as fast as eachother timewise they will still be half a second apart so at a 1/8 mile it may be 3 car lengths and at the 1/4 5 car lengths the times between both cars crossing either line is still gonna be 1/2 a second still because these cars are as fast as eachother which goes to show how much reaction times matter. you cant go and say one car is faster than the other just because it kept pulling on the other through the whole 1/4 when they didnt have anywhere near the same reaction. im not saying the evo would shit on the gtr but this should be taken in consideration. yes, gtr won fair and square with a great reaction due the evo guy either getting screwed by a crappy flagger not letting him get on two step or a distracted driver not getting on two step when he should’ve been. id love to see these cars race again.

The Evo didn't seem to be misfiring, drag racing evos do those noises, yeah the race was over as the gtr launched just after the light cause evo was not given enough time to build boost as being single turbo need more time than a twin turbo gtr to build boost but the evo tried to catch up probably
