I do agree with this. Based on what the hair is meant to do (protect the family member and eat the blot at a moderate rate, giving some form of immunity to using weaker magic) and the fact blot can accumulate from negative emotions much more likely than overuse of magic, it's fair to assume the hair is "weaker" while it's busy trying to eat away any blot from anger (a very strong, negative emotion).

And thinking back to the original Hades, I guess his flames are stronger when be’s more contained. Would’ve been so cool if he could’ve continued using blue flames though

@@elementalcolors4977 honestly never thought of this that way when i watched the movie when i was younger, always thought at the time that it was him gaining more power or smth. It was both a mix of me not knowing basic science at the time and associating the bright red/orange with anger/blowing up. But after rewatching the movie when i was older, i recognized that hades does what he does best when he's super calm and conniving, and whenever he turns red, not only does he get angry he loses composure too

Overblot is basically letting out all one's emotions even if it kills them. Defeating them is the worst way of receiving therapy. And Riddle's hair turns white. I love when Azul gets to show more care to someone. However he's still cautious as always.

The battle against the guardian of the underworld has started and the teams are in a race against time to save all of twisted wonderland from ruin. Riddle and Leona's teams did their part to slow Idia and his brother down so it's up to the Pomefiore trio to finish this battle and save their companions.

Thank you so much for the translation! I’m still stuck as 6-67 so it’s going to be awhile before I get to the final battle. Kind of a double edge sword with Azul not putting forth all of his magic to help but if he didn’t both he and riddle would have been lost, so in a way of being selfish he saved them both. It’s scary to think of what would have happened if they both went down and the others had no idea so they would have suffered the same fate later one.

One of the things I hate most about overblot is that it almost sounds comparable to a drunken stupor, so it sucks that Idia's now like this (even if we knew it'd happen). Still, I'd like to think that for all his batshit, his mind is still functional enough to discern things around him lucidly (like the way he's characterizing his opponents). Same with the previous inkers. Thankfully, his bond with Ortho hasn't been compromised in the least.
