Geoff I love all your talks and am inspired by each one without exception. But I know that this is one that I will come back to again and again to really let this message sink in! Thank you once again for teaching us true Budo!

I like to read comments. I'm closer to "total gibberish" camp than "total understanding". Having said that, I've tried kotodama chanting a few times and some sounds do seem bounce around in the skull and feel good. It definitely helps pain go away when sitting in seiza, so think worth a try. Geoff talks about love and spirituality-- risky as you can sound like an oddball. Video made me think though: in a song or poem his words would be more readily accepted by a numpty like me. Why?

Great guy, great expert on personal defence and martial arts, but woo, eee, he is talking total gibberish here.
