Damn I really needed to hear this today. The past couple years I've gotten hyper creative, producing music and videos almost every single weekday with the weekends off to just recharge my brain. I even worked on a full length film for most of this year and while it burnt me out and it was satisfying to get the positive reception from my viewers, I got really really depressed ever since I decided to take a break. I've spent the past month and a half struggling to get back into disciplined habits of creating stuff every morning and the days in which I am not intentional at all with my time and energy, it all gets wasted toward excess in pleasure.

This is a really good video. The best for “spiritual conduit”. Especially about tackling the dark or shadow side and the lens and spiritual energy/power. I had a graphic dream and finally accepted that I’m a powerful energetic conduit. I was told the word. So I had to look it up. No other videos are good so far. Only yours.
