This I know. I'm a retired Arkansas State Employee. The Arkansas State Police retirement program is a carve out from the general state program and is much more lucrative. He was not kidding when he said you'll be set. Being pulled over that night could be the best thing that ever happens to him if he chooses to follow through.

I am not anti cop. I am anti ignorant and bad cop. Ignorant cops are always capable of being fixed with a proper education of citizens rights and knowledge of real law enforcement. Not the I have a badge and what I say is the law. That don't fly anymore. I love to see good cops because they give me hope that things can still get back on track.

If you're hearing all anti cop noise you need to change the channel on radio, TV, etc. And you need to be the loudest voice against when a citizen on patrol is caught with his/her hand in the cookie jar.

That's usually just a loose connection in the trailer light cord which can corrected by just wiggling it or wedging something in there to keep the lights on.

I drove 2 & a half and 5 ton trucks to pull our 27 Foot Trailered Patrol Boats & 15 ton trucks to pull 34 Foot Patrol Boats. Every trip was preceded and followed by end to end pre-trip & post trip checks. Granted, didn't listen to every minute but expected to hear early -- oh, that just happened X amount of time ago. Although, I know it's common for drop off and pickup of different trailers. Thanks NST.

This dude got lucky every time I got stopped by anyone dop or other wise they wanted all the paperwork from truck and trailer paperwork to all my logs for the last month or so and CDL with my medical card and load paperwork.

another flatbedder here... only been stopped in Arkansas twice in 3 years once was a scale house, and 2nd time I was going a little too fast for his liking... just got a warning and level 3 inspection. Just like any other state: mind your P's and Q's
