Brilliant spot, no doubt... But the crowd looks like they are at the church. Where is the passion? As a Portuguese guy i just find hard to understand... I remember each time i was at the Portuguese rally. When you realize the first car was aproaching, your heart just go to 190bpm and you just can't understand why.... Not saying we are better or worse. It is just hard for me to understand. Just that.

@@neurRoin man, i remember one guy that used to go with us to the rally. We always go the previous day, all the night celebrating eating, drinking (heavily) with a fire because it also is cold during the night in March in those mountains (in those years when the rally was in March...), and that guy, for several years he had go with us... he had never saw one rally car... lol. Never!. During the night, he maded the party. During the day he simply colapsed hahaha. So many good times. Sometimes i just wonder, if the cars weren't only a excuse... :) At least for some of us

@@OhMySolberg I can only go by what is shown on the video. Yes, the car is fast, incredibly fast. But, to someone who went to dozens of rallies in the 1980s and was used to the sounds and thrills of Group 4 and Group B, the current cars sound the same as each other and not in a good way. It’s a shame. F1 is the same: fast cars that sound so so dull.

@@tonylockhart1963 Fair enough. I was in this spot in 2010 when Loeb was in his prime and the atmosphere and energy was really good. Yes it isn't the same as being deep in the forest but being able to see them for so long is priceless for families and kids especially.

@@tonylockhart1963 True, a Quattro S1 recorded in this same manner would be very nice to listen to - but a boferest to watch driving around. It's either sound or speed - pick one. I pick speed, for sure.
