Because it’s an otter cafe, and it’s another way for people to interact with the otters. The otters still get as much water as they want. They come over whenever they want for water. They’re not being denied or deprived of water.

I’m new to this channel, but I think normally the bottle is suspended somewhere, and she only takes it off whenever she’s in the room, just to pamper them (you know, that motherly instinct stuff), or maybe she just loves doing it. I mean, if I were her, I would definitely do the same.
