I wish i had the funds to have you build one for me! I have the exact same boat and love the look and practicality of your dodger. But in warmer climates I'd opt for opening front glass. One day I'll attempt making one i hope.

@@StemtoSternSailing the sandwich fiberglass-foam structure is about 38 kg and polycarbonate windows are 8,8 kg

How did you attach the lexan windows? Did you through bolt it, make stainless frames or bond it with epoxy?

@@garyarmor4789 epoxy won’t stick to PC. I used PU-caulking and some bolts. Mostly caulking.
