@jojoenergyvibes8642 I had to take my case off to get it to charge my phone. Also the battery may be dead, which is how I ended up here... surprisingly put new battery in and it wouldn't turn on... but there are these lil clips and wondered if you put under the clips or press down on the clips with battery? And do we have to plug in to charge the battery after changing battery??... cause it works when plugged in fine... but not with battery so far. And I've seen that most people have had problems with the programming of it and so much... so they need much simpler instructions, because it doesn't seem like the ease of most products. Hope it worked out for you.

If your lamp doesn't charge your phone wirelessly is your phone has a wireless charging capability? if it yes you should unplug your lamp/wireless charger then plug it back in then try to place your phone to the wireless charger and check if it is charging. if it is still not charging try to move bit by bit your phone to that wireless charging pad until you see your phone indicating that it's charging. if it is still not charging then you should have your lamp/wireless charger replaced from the store where you bought it because it is defective.
