Otto Cakes in Kaimuki closing after 30 years

If you love Otto Cake, you have until Sunday to buy one of its famous cheesecakes before it closes. The popular cake shop in Kaimuki is closing this Sunday for good after being in business for almost 30 years

Seems more and more old time shops are closing down. Old hawaii is slowly dying and fading away. What is left is nothing but an expensive shadow of the past. We are becoming no better than any place in the lower 48. With all the transplants taking over, I'm sure no one cares on bit. Sad.
