I ran into Otto at Ulmer's in Homer. He is a great guy. I got to talk to him for about 10 minutes. I got to express to him how he and his family inspired me to look at moving to this area and launch a KZbin channel about us building a homestead from raw land. Hope to run into him and other Kilchers in the future.

Well who wouldn't want to see Otto.. he was my favorite. And where was he gone to ? I hate to belly ache but damn your camera work-- it would make a seasoned sailor sick.

Great looking scenery. With practice I've learnt to slow down how quickly I move my camera to give myself and other viewers of the film more opportunity to take in the video. Slower changes in the shifting camera and focusing of the lens seems to work much better. You live in a fantastic area of the world.

Only just found out that the report about Otto passing away is false. I'm absolutely delighted to hear that Otto is still alive and kicking. Albeit he's supposed to be resting and recovering but I literally don't see that happening for very long. Plus being cupped up in his cabin all day long not being able to do anything on the homestead is more likely to kill him then anything else. Again so pleased 😊 to hear that Otto is still with us and I wish him every bit of a speedy recovery. GEY WELL SOON OTTO ALL THE BEST A FAN IN SHEFFIELD England. Absolutely admire everything you do on the homestead and only wish I had the means and ability to do something like that with my own life.

What about Charlotte and Eiven and his family. Would love to see them all back again. I loved their Christmas show where everyone got together for a meal. Everyone brings something to the table and they all pick names for Kris Kringle. They also showed how they made their homemade gifts to one another. It was such a fun show every year. Miss them all.

Very interesting. You need to work on your cinematography skills though. Way too much movement and jerking of the camera. Could make you seasick. Take it a little slower and smoother and we can appreciate what you see.
