Using this for 5 months and works flawlessly. Didn't disconnect once. Failed to connect once, but that was probably down to android auto version, cause I always update the app when a new version comes out.

That's awesome, my girlfriend has a 2016 Chevy Equinox and it has wireless and wired car play, so you can do either one and it's pretty cool, she uses it with the wireless.

I've returned mine 2 times, it disconnects twice in my neighborhood and once in town every single time. These wireless adapters need to be worked on because I've tried several different brands, other then this one and they all drop due to a specific interference. I'm just not sure what it is. Tried the factory wireless auto from RAM and no drops

Just in case anyone thinks it'll work better than the wired solution, be aware that connection will also be lost in case you get your device warm enough. In my own case just trying to wireless charge meanwhile I was using a navigation app such as sygic.

That's pretty cool Mike. I got an older Chevy (2011). Might look into seeing if that would be compatible with it. Would be nice to listen to my music instead of the same 30 songs the radio plays.

It's only really useful if you want maps on your cars touchscreen. Otherwise android auto is pretty useless, much easier just using Bluetooth.

the sticker thing is probably double sided tape so you can mount the device .

there manual is garbage. they do have a app that is way easier to use to get the adaptor to work it still won't connect to wifi to see if theres an update. but after over an hour of trying it finally works

It uses you phones Bluetooth. Doesn't use wifi from router
