We had same incident. Odisha Police is extreme bad. There is lot of Chapris are roaming at night Bhubaneswar. Bhubaneswar is unsafe for living, you can not go outside after 10 PM with any female, even with own sister.. The main Reason Police is incompetent. Must suspend all police and arrest immediately. Police is badnam dept. No one like them.

In my opinion after observation of all videos and news, Police personnel's are not that much guilty as it represented. The duty of police is 24x7,they are also human beings, people are getting annoyed with police just because of their personal issues, It will take time to resolve issues because police is not a superman. Many people tried to suppressed police men by showing son of politician, daughter of Army personnel etc. I hope, that's what happened with the victim at that police station is only the reaction of police to calm down the victim. Biting, beating and attack to police in the police station is not at all an activity of a social complainer.
