Another amazing vlog. Locals in Pakistan avoid trains as they think they are pathetic. I think our trains are not as bad as what people think they are. Food seems decent if not the best quality. Overall i think the train ride was atleast an 8/10 experience. Trains here give better value for money as compared to trains in our neighbouring countries.

Lahore looks more green as compared to Karachi. Its still a chaotic city. This room for $9 is a lottery. In most countries you will be paying about $30 per night for a room like this. Even with increased inflation Pakistan ain't expensive.

You guys made a classic mistake by choosing the most expensive luxury parlor class. You should choose a cabin of 2 or 4 with beds for this long journey. Parlor is not comfortable at all for long journeys. The 2nd mistake was that biryani you bought at station. I hope your stomach feels well after that adventure. Well you guys are in Lahore, the best city in Pakistan in term of food, hospitality and comfort. I am sure you will enjoy. Good Luck

You normally get what you pay for abroad. Saw some not so clean toilets in Turkiye but the ones in the shopping centres were immaculate with bidets built in. I am a British born Pakistani and have not been back for ages but hear that your experience depends on where you go. Public toilets in the UK are often filthy, the amount of times you see grown people leave urine and turds in them is sickening. Many often have little water flowing from the taps even.

@@OTWD_yt Yeh and the UK is meant to be a rich country unlike Pakistan where although horrible, poverty makes more sense esoecially since they locked up a decent leader (Imran Khan). The cost of living crisis us biting hard here but then again the Tories are in power. If I see the KFC wrap of the day double in price, I am making my way to Downing Street 😂🤣. You chose good train but not a good class for this long journey you must select a business class for sleeping birth. My city is bahawalpur where this train 3rd stopped from karachi and very next is khanewal. Best wishes from London. Explore Pakistan specially northern areas of Pakistan.
