The music video was filmed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory (Siberia). The Otyken is a Siberian aborigine’s music group. The marvelous combination of traditional musical instruments and modern arrangement will definitely entertain you! Our mystical throat singing, special elemental vocals, enchanting sounds of vargan (jaw harp), khomys, morinhur, leather drums will take you to the wild thickets of the Siberian taiga.
Members of the OTYKEN band from the small indigenous people of Siberia - Chulyms. The music video "Legend" was attended by residents of the countryside of the Tyukhtet district, Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to one version, the Chulyms are the ancestors of the Japanese Ainu and the indigenous peoples of North America. According to another version, the Chulyms are an ancient Turkic tribe.
The new song "Legend" is based on ancient Khakass legends. This is a song about a dutiful girl who cares about the welfare of her parents and her heart. Previously, we used these Khakass legends in the old album of 2018 (in the song "Aidym"). Aidym is the name of the guy with whom the main character of the song is in love. We didn't call the song "Legend" a "remake". We corrected the lyrics, rethought, modernized the music and created something new. Thanks everyone for your support!
In this song, we have collected modern musical genres: Pop-Rock, R&B, HipHop, Club and combined them with the traditional «world music» of the indigenous peoples of Siberia. We really hope you enjoy our work!

Erm.. Haha.. Well Otyken are certainly fun, they're a bit mad lol, there's a good beat and its quite catchy. I like the guy with the deep voice, the ladies are very pretty, but the guy doing his own dance at the back looks like he's waiting for the authorities to take him back to his padded cell lol. It is catchy and fun, I don't think its quite my thing though, but your enthusiasm is great to see Dane, another great reaction. 🤘🤘

They are fun. Ach is the throat singer, he is my fav as well. So far though, the song Phenomenon is my favorite, which was the Random React and 1st song I did from them. LOL, Yeah that dancing was hilarious! Appreciate the comment, although not necessarily down my alley either but something about it draws me in, appreciate the support!!

Snad jen malá poznámka - také jsem se jako dítě učil rusky a azbuku, ale tady je to v názvu takový mix! Psáno a čteno je latinkou, kromě Y - to vyslovují jako U - jako v azbuce! Takže, bez anglické výslovnosti, OTUKEN! 😉 Perhaps just a small note - I also learned Russian and Cyrillic as a child, but there's such a mix in the title! It is written and read in Latin, except for the Y - they pronounce it as U - as in Cyrillic! So, without the English pronunciation, OTUKEN! 😉 P.S. Podle dalších zdrojů je Otyken místem, kde bojovníci odkládají zbraně a chtějí mluvit (předpokládám vyjednávat!)! Což je dobré, ale pan Zelenski také vyjednával s Macronem a odsouhlasil Minské dohody, aby to za nějakých 20 hod. porušil, bo na něj USA něco měli nebo si ho koupili! USA tuhle válku nevzdají, budou bojovat do posledního Ukrajince! 🤑 P.S. According to other sources, Otyken is a place where fighters put down their weapons and want to talk (I assume negotiate)! Which is good, but Mr. Zelenski also negotiated with Macron and agreed to the Minsk agreements only to break it in about 20 hours because the US had something on him or bought him! The US will not give up this war, they will fight to the last Ukrainian! 🤑
