I've always loved throat singing since I heard it over 20 years ago. I'm already addicted to Mongolian throat singing metal (The Hu, Tengger Cavalry, Uuhai etc) but I love how Spotify throws up new bands for me regularly. I've since discovered NiNi (Taiwan) and now Otyken. I am absolutely blown away by how amazingly good you guys are. It is divine music that truly lifts the soul - I shared with a friend in the US a few days after she told me her father died and she has commented how much your music is lifting her at this time. And the videos... wow! The Hu videos are amazing cinematic works worthy of awards, and so are yours. I hope whomever does the videos gets some global recognition for it. 👍 I absolutely love You're Our Relative - I may not understand the words but the title and the music shows how we are connected to each other no matter what. I would love to be at one of your concerts but unfortunately, politics remains a major issue right now. 😢 I look forward to a future where you are able to travel, and continue to share your amazing culture and music to the world. 🙂

When I first saw Storm in November 2022 I was shocked and amazed at the originality, the concept, the look, the rootedness to culture, that Otyken envisioned! I couldn't believe I would read any criticisms, but I did. This beautiful, fine effort here shows Otyken's artistic arc, Otyken's songs and artistry have amazed me for 2 straight years, and I'm grateful I found their music! I've been involved in music/video production, their music and video production is flawless! OTYKEN!

There is something called constructive criticism, which a person can also use to learn from and grow. Canadian First Nation here this band has changed my life for the better for the past couple weeks since I found them. The energy they bring has uplifted me so much lately as I've been having a tough go. I judge the members on their talent and how they make me feel, not by their appearance. That being said Azyan is a star! She is going to take this group as far as they're going to go. My favorite is Tsveta ❤. She's so talented and versatile plus her smile lights up the world. I dare you to find a time whether in a video or clip that she's not smiling. My favorite songs so far are My Wings and Kykakacha. I see her being great for the younger girls as she's be here pretty much since the beginning, and has experienced the different growth spurts they've already had. The first time I seen her strum that Jaw Harp I was hooked. The new girls are fitting in great and see improvements in all of them. Muna is a badass on the guitar and her vocals on Belief and Pulse has been getting better. Achanay and Kys are naturals and have so much charisma. Not really sure exactly what Hara's full skill set is yet but hope she's on the small drums full time to keep Tsveta up front 😊. Also great to see Ach and Hakaida getting there shine and being focal points in the new vid. Also great to see Sandro was worried he was gone as well as he isn't really ever in any of the new clips. All in all let's give these talented young men and women some grace, and the respect they deserve. The world needs more people like this ❤❤❤
