Ouachita Triple Crown 2023

We did it! We returned to Arkansas and accomplished the Ouachita Triple Crown. It took us 4 days to complete. We were on the Ouachita Trail three of those days with one full day. The Ouachita Trail is designed for hikers with the WOMBLE and LOViT designed with peddlers in mind. With that said, the Ouachita Trail shelters were the highlights of the trip but get ready to walk up the mountains. The WOMBLE is flowy. The LOViT is the most scenic with some very challenging climbs.
