I mean they did have no choice with Emma, but also she probably should've THOUGHT about how saying that might make Emma feel. Cause Emma can't exactly help the fact that she felt abandoned her whole life either. It's very normal for her to feel jealous given her situation. The facts are that she SHOULD have had what baby Neal had. Regardless of anything else, that very basic security of having a family was still taken from her and she has every right to not be ok with it.

@@LordofFullmetal the worst part is that later on is revealed that they did kinda had a choice when she was still a kid to be reunited with her when they regained their memories for a moment during the curse. they could have gone through that magical door, be reunited with her and keep their memories...but then ( for some reason that i don't get because couldn't they just told her about it?) the curse would never brake for the others. so they sacrificed their happyness and memories ...but also emma's chance of a good childhood with her parents, for the good of the other cursed people.

Emma was literally being targeted. As the orphan trying to help out with her parents do-over baby... And as a single mom who had to put her son up for adoption. It's like she walked in and was attacked because everyone there is trying to be supportive of eachother..... And then having her own mom act like she was going to merc her literal baby brother because she's feeling upset???? She literally showed up to help and got attacked and the "Emma" comment was 100% "you know why we did it your feelings of hurt now are irrational and I neither wish to hear them nor interact with them"

I feel like Snow is starting to take her daughter for granted now a little bit...I mean when they first reunite she's extremely over protective and loving with her and now she's dead set on just doing all the things she wanted to do with her first child with her new baby, kind of like a rebound almost. I like Snow White but this entire scene just makes me feel bad for Emma.

What I find interesting is that while Snow at first tried to overcompensate and kind of force herself on Emma once the curse was broken, Charming instead bided his time and gave Emma the space she needed to come to terms with them being her parents.

This was the worst of Snow's character, she kidnaps another baby to make it more evil so her daughter can be good, which defies the whole theme of her character which is belief, why couldn't she believe that her own daughter can chose her own destiny. And even if she wasn't this symbol of goodness couldn't they love her, makes you really appreciate what Henrry and Regina have it is not about being perfect. I always thought the relationship between David and Emma is more honest and pure and gentle, which is true to reality because fathers and daughters always connect on a deeper level.

Sadly it’s true though. Emma is Snow’s and David first child and they will always love her. But they never got to raise her. Never got to see her first steps. I do feel really bad for Emma because she missed out on all that with her parents and doing it with Henry. So I don’t blame snow and David for looking forward with doing all that stuff with Neal

I understand Snow wanting to protect her baby. It's what mom's do, no matter what. Emma can't control her powers, and Snow, while she knows Emma would never intentionally hurt her little brother, doesn't want to take any risks. However, I do think the way she looked at Emma was a little harsh. Even after she pulled away with the baby, she still has that look on her face. I understand Snow's reasons, but I also understand Emma's feelings. If your own mother looked at you like that, you'd probably feel pretty awful as well.

Well I don't really like Snow in this season. She's so harsh towards Emma. First this, and then she snapped at Emma for almost killing David when she lost control of her powers. I just think Snow could have handled those situations better.

I can understand where it's coming from - you gotta remember new mothers aren't exactly the most logical people ever, too, their bodies are FILLED with hormones - but it's still very clear through this whole scene that she's not really thinking about Emma's feelings. Season two when they went back to the forest Emma saw her room. It might have been destroyed but u could still see how much thought and care went into making that room ready for Emma I think also Emma felt cheated out of having these experiences with Henry

I think Snow was despicable here but I couldn't help but smile when I recognized Ashley and Aurora there the first time. The three classic Disney Princesses in one scene, it was just a very beautiful moment. Plus Emma's attitude and Aurora's lack of knowledge about technology made my day the first time I saw this episode :)

This is what I love about Emma. No matter how hurt she is, and she sure has had a lot of things that hurt her, she stays cool and strong. Awesome character. I'm not a fan of her becoming "elsa", but I like how she stayed in character and never BECAME elsa.

I think snow is afraid of her magic, since even in later seasons everytime something bad happens she turns to Emma and asks what did she do or looks at her like she thinks Emma did something. She really isn't that great of a character, the writers built her up as this kind and loving person but she's mean, hypocrite and self-righteous. She's still the kid who was rude to that lady for wearing her crown.

Okay I do not get the timeline of the show. But I do know Ashley's baby should be at least a year old because of the missing year. This couldn't have been a second baby because she was saying it's a support group for first time mothers. And to me I thought the baby was wearing boy clothes, I thought she had a girl.

Everyone is hating Snow in this scene which I completely understand why, I feel sorry for Emma too and understand how she feels, But you also have to remember that Snow missed out on raising Emma, her first child, and thought she'll never get the chance again, so obviously she's going to be overprotective and try and give the baby everything. I myself didn't like Snow here but I understand why she's acting that way, and all of us would probably be the same. Even if she did raise Emma i feel like everyone raises their 2nd, 3rd etc child better because they are more comfortable and know what to do. (this point doesn't really go with snow tho) Also I feel like Snow sometimes forgets that Emma has been through the same thing not having a mother growing up, and also not being able to raise Henry.

littlewolfmagic If it were anyone else on the show, I would wish them all the best. But it's Zelena - she wants the baby for all the wrong reasons, and will never give it the love it deserves. And that's assuming the baby is born normal - if her magic is strong enough to turn her skin green without her control, I can't imagine what kind of prenatal effects it'll have.

Being in that baby class must have put Emma through an emotional rollercoaster internally. As she never got a chance to experience it a a baby with Snow and never got a chance to experience it with Henry as a mum. Plus the way Snow behaved might have been hurtful for her 😢

When the second curse struck it sent everyone back and made them how they were when the first curse struck so Ella was pregnant again and the first Alex disappeared! But they never explained how she's suddenly a boy........

You really can't help but feel awful for Emma in this scene. With Snow saying she wanted to give Neal everyrhing (when Emma got nothing except a damn blanket), When Cinderella says the support group is for first time mothers (Cause Snow really is a first time mom, I mean, just cause you birth a kid doesn't make you a mom) and with Snow taking away Neal after Emma's powers activate on his baby bottle on accident. Snow looks at her own daughter like she shouldn't hold him. And yeah, it's okay to not want to hand him over right away after seeing Emma boil a bottle of milk, but she could have said something to her like "Are you sure you're okay?" Or "You gonna be okay holding him with your magic still on?" Or freaking ANYTHING!! She could have said literally anything instead of just backing away with Neal and giving her daughter a look like she is the evil queen herself or something. No wonder Emma feels so awful!! I would feel bad with just half of the things Snow said in this clip. I usually don't believe mothers have favorite children, but the way Snow acts around Neal compared to how she acts around Emma... it really feels like she loves Neal a lot more than her sometimes.
