This thing is very real don't mess with it . A family friend once played with this game in her home and later that night while she was in her room she could hear someone in the kitchen moving pots and chairs . She heard this constantly every night and sometimes she said you could hear someone knocking on the door they would knock 4 times over and over the entire night . This happened until she finally moved out . So don't play with this it's very real and dangerous . You're inviting an entity in your home you don't know what it's capable of so have some common sense .

Woah woah woah wait! The first time I saw the "Ouija" trailer was when I saw TFIOS, 3 weeks after it came out. The "Ouija" trailer I saw at the movie theater was _waaayyy_ different than the one I'm seeing here on KZbin. The girl "Debbie" heard the smoke detector go off apparently and she went upstairs to go check it out. She got on a chair to turn it off, but when she did something knocked her off of the chair and she fell over the rail and the chandelier fell on top of her. And that's how _she_ died. But on this trailer here Debbie died because she was hung. I think the trailer I saw at the movie theater was a little more scarier than this one on KZbin. Is it possible that they could have changed the script somehow?

Got me really upset when I found out that they cut out a lot of these scenes. But honestly, Ouija has to be the best horror movie I've seen. It was pretty scary and not just because of the jump scares. But it's not just the scares that make it such a good movie to me. I love the relationship between Debbie and Laine. ~SLIGHT SPOILER DOWN HERE~ 'Specially when she came back as a spirit to save Laine against Dorris.

There was another film similar to this, it was called _Long Time Dead_ and it too was about students inadvertently unleashing an evil spirit named Djinn from playing Ouija that sets out to kill them, but it's a British film and it was released in 2002, 12 years before this came out. It's a very obscure film, think some of you might have heard of it.

I think people are really not getting that all horror movies aren't the same. There's different types of horror and not all of them try to devote every ounce of effort into making it the scariest shit ever... We go to a horror movie expecting for it to be scary. The only thing that scares me, personally, is a really good jump scare. The new Evil Dead scared me once at the beginning because of the unexpected jump scare... Point being, why must you bitch because it doesn't hold to your impossible standards? You can't be scared if you don't want to be scared.
