Thanks. at 2:54 it`s funny to see how the VOR needles change the direction about 180degrees after you overflew the VOR OJD. May I ask which charts numbers did you use? Did you fly the DME arc 14DME for visual? Did you first fly to a certain fix or did you make the visual approach as you liked it?

+Daniel Sinico As you can see, they configured for flaps full and gear down in the beginning of the video. At this point, they are too high to land at the beginning of the runway like usual (on purpose). What this means is that you have to increase the rate of descent to a higher number than usual, which builds up airspeed. As long as you keep descending as fast as they needed to in the first two and a half minute of the video (to still be down at the beginning of the runway), you don't need any power from the engines, because you are flying down quick enough to keep yourself above the minimum speed. You are using the momentum (the energy) of the aircraft instead of the power of the engines. Imagine a car driving of a fairly steep hill trying to drive 50 km/h. He doesn't need to press the gaspedal because he is driving down that steep. He is using the hill (in our case the steep descent path) to keep the speed he wants. The reason he is making turns to the left and right is to extend his flight path, which buys him some more time to descent. Hope this helps.

+AVIATIONSOUNDEXPERT Oujda airport is in Morocco and is controlled by them. If you are approaching from Algeria, since Oujda is so close to the border, you are with Algiers control until 10Nm from the airport and at FL110. We usually request for a visual approach and it's always approved, the rest is on the video. Thanks for watching

Usually cameras don't expose correctly the lights when there is a big difference. So most of the time when there is too much brightness in case where the sun is in front of the cameras you'll end up with either a overexposed part (when the camera tries to show the underexposed part) or you'll end up with an underexposed part when the camera tries to recover the details of the overexposed part. It's just that he didn't correct it correctly on the software. In that case he should've just underexposed the overexposed part or adjusted the exposure. And for your information, you can easily see GMFO on the ND :).
