Thank you for mentioning that 4 hour cut off - No other KZbinr does! Also, there is no user manual currently available for download on their website. Downloading and reading the manual is the first thing I do before a purchase - i'll wait. Good review!

I just purchased this unit a few days ago and saw nothing but rave reviews. I haven’t even read the manual yet so did not know about the four hour cut off. However, there might be a workaround for that. If running your DC refrigerator overnight doesn’t pull anything to keep it on, maybe plugging in something small along side of it will keep it turned on? Something that’s pulling 5 to 15 watts maybe. Like a night light. Just a thought. Might be worth experimenting.

Hi ! Many thaks for your review ! At the back of the Exodus 600 Plus, the PV input is male or female ?

Male

At 250 watts starting up. I think my refrigerator is 93 watts so I maybe could get 2 or 3 hours out of it. My house is on the same grid as our hospital so we could get power back in 2 hours or less. With that said after 2 hours I could plug it in and get the added hours. Nice for the price. 😊 If you were to set your frig at 37 it may keep running.

Did you try an AC efficiency test as well?

55 cents/wh is going to be hard to beat. That’s a perfect size for most people to get through a weekend camping trip or power outage. TFS your honest thoughts on it

Does it have pass threw charging
@williamsuttle36456 ай бұрын
Brian, if you took it camping and you connected a 100 watt solar panel to it, would it run a fridge at the same time. Cause some have pass through charging on ac but not solar(dc).
@GearGadgetReviews6 ай бұрын
Yes, you can run solar into this and discharge at the same time👍🏻

Does it handle the camera’s strobe flash light for outside photography?

It has a Eps feature not Ups like you said..and actually 20ms is close to other 600watt stations that cost twice as much. You're the 1st reviewer I've ever heard complain about anything with a battery charging too fast. Especially a solar inverter/emergency power supply...

High input charging can cause damage to the cells when you continually do it. I want the option to slow charge when I’m not in a hurry. And you have to be careful with other devices on the same circuit your charging if you use the max charge speed….risk popping your breaker.

You had the fridge set to 66 degrees. Who runs a fridge at that high of a temp? 😂 Kind of a moot point . I don't like auto shut offs either but it's a small battery and this is for novice control. Its Pronounced "Oh-pez".
@GearGadgetReviews6 ай бұрын
Not a moot point at all, that temp setting was intentional. I needed to see if the power station would shut itself off, which it did, which I don’t like. 👍🏻 and, Oupes did email and say they prefer the name be pronounced as OOPS. kinda weird

When mine is unplugged from 110 house current it will lose 10 % of full charge in a matter of hours . In other words , I can't completely shut it off .
