I’m getting sober and not just for “dry January”! For good. Had a rough 2024 with several health challenges and noticed bad habits I need to check myself. I love ur videos. I used to nap everyday too but then I changed my diet. I don't nap anymore! No junk food, no sugar, no white anything only whole grains. I feel fuller longer too. More satisfied.

Yall should go to Helen, Ga! It's a small Bavarian themed town in North Georgia. Super cute and kid friendly. Tubing during the summer, the Babyland General Hospital (Cabbage Patch dolls are birthed there) is nearby, a granary, mountain coaster, waterfalls, and more!

I think an afternoon nap is good josh! Haha it's very European they always eat a big lunch and a glass of wine and nap for an hour before starting work again! But if it's because you have no energy it may also be low iron or other nutrients. Have a greens and fruit smoothie daily with greens powder in or a steak 👍😊

Visit Mammoth Cave, Ky. This place is wonderful. The caves are awesome and huge. There is nothing to be scared of. Just amazement and aww. Josh and Noah will love it and your family too. Go see that. The caves are I think 55° all the time.😊

Go to mackinaw Island in the UP of Michigan, if you’ve never been, it’s a beautiful place to visit. There is no cars on the island, people ride around and bicycles, walk, horse and carriage. It’s a beautiful place to visit in the summer.
