Have a safe travel to Livingstone Family. The number of hours travelled does not matter but safety is what matters mostly🙏🏽. I would use UBZ to travel anywhere in Zambia.

I took the train from Lusaka to Livingstone many years ago. Stayed in government rondavels for a week by the river. Every evening a line of elephants walked past the site. Thanks for this great series.

It shouldn't take 7 hours, it's only 480 kilometers from Lusaka to Livingston. If the vehicle is traveling at 100 kilometers per hour, it should take 5 hours

You can take a trip from Lusaka to Harare easy just like that via chirundu and or Kariba easy.

I rode a bus from Lusaka to Livingston back in 2019. After a two day trip on the Tazara train from Dar es Salaam to Kapiri Mposhi, Zambia I took a bus to the Lusaka bus station, slept overnight in a parked bus and boarded another bus in the morning to Livingston. I needed a taxi to the border crossing, another taxi to cross the bridge instead of walking, and a third cab to the Pennywise B&B.in Victoria Falls. For some reason I found baboons hanging out at the border crossing between Zambia and Zimbabwe and the customs station between Botswana and Zimbabwe. I didn't know that they needed a visa.
